Days 1–7 · Choose and measure

Choose one repeatable, low-risk task. Write down who does it, current completion time, and the quality checks required.

Days 8–14 · Prepare people and information

Choose an approved tool, identify information that may be used, and assign an output reviewer. Train everyone taking part.

Days 15–21 · Run a supervised pilot

Use the same task and quality checks. Record time, corrections, direct cost, and reviewer observations.

Days 22–30 · Decide and document

Compare baseline and pilot results. Record whether to stop, improve, or expand. Share a short case study only with the organization’s permission.
